While I agree that there is little we could do to decisively intervene should Russia invade Ukraine, we can help Ukraine gain the ability to mount a credible defense.

And if we can't do that, we can ship in small arms and garage door openers (for IEDs) to turn Ukraine into a "Ukrainian ulcer" until Russia retreats.
