Quite the New Year's Resolution

Iran says it is against Islam to have nuclear weapons. Yet somehow if Israel attacks Iran, Iran will raze a couple Israeli cities. One can be forgiven for wondering how you reconcile those statements.

Unless they're counting on Mohammed's fist to do the deed, this seems to raise more questions:

"At times the officials of the Zionist regime (Israel) threaten to launch a military invasion but they themselves know that if they make the slightest mistake the Islamic Republic will raze Tel Aviv and Haifa to the ground," Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said in an address to mark the Iranian new year.

I'm no expert, but I didn't really think that cheap, clean, nuclear-generated electricity was capable of being weaponized.

Pity he didn't resolve to exercise more or cut back on pastries.
