So is this the trigger for reunion when the time comes?
The council of the Federation, the upper chamber of the Russian parliament, ratified the Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental agreement on mutual supply of military, dual-purpose and civil products in the event of a military aggression or a war, BelTA has learned.
If Russia can essentially take over military, dual-purpose, and civil production of the Belorus economy (what's left after that list, anyway?), don't expect Russia to give it up when whatever "mlitary aggression or a war" triggers the agreement.
I wonder what the agreement says about who gets to invoke the agreement? Can Russia do it unilaterally or must Belorus agree to it?
