China tells Russia to jump. And boy does Russia bend at the knees to go higher.
China engineered and unleashed through incompetence and possibly malice the Xi Jinping Flu pandemic on the world. Yet the CCP didn't even give their "ally" Russia any advance warning or any help on the virus structure to make effective vaccines.
This is what Russia is facing now:
Since the beginning of June, Russia has witnessed a shocking rise in the number of COVID-19 cases — from around 7,000 or so per day to more than 25,000 per day — and that’s with a near-open recognition that the country’s official statistics are drastically understating the real numbers. The country’s coronavirus information center says the country has suffered 141,501 deaths — while the country’s excess-fatality count since the start of the pandemic is closer to 475,000.
According to the official government statistics, Russia suffered a random and unexplained surge of deaths from pneumonia, diabetes, nervous-system diseases, and old-age deaths in 2020 that had nothing to do with COVID-19. And earlier this year, the Rossat, or Federal Statistics Service, stopped giving monthly updates on death statistics. In the official statistics, Russia’s death count ranks a distant sixth worldwide, with 22 percent of the United States’ more reliable 622,000. The excess-death number would put Russia at 76 percent of the U.S. death count.
And America's population is far larger than Russia's.
Yet this is what Russia is saying about their latest pandemic difficulties:
Infections and deaths from COVID-19 are again reaching critically high levels in the Russian Federation even as such indicators are mostly declining elsewhere in Western countries, and especially in the United States. Faced with this troubling reality, various Russian commentators and even senior officials have begun suggesting that “this cannot be a coincidence” and must be evidence of the West conducting biological warfare against Russia and its population (Stoletie.ru, June 28).
Wow. It's embarrassing for Russia to suck up to China so blatantly. Surely even the Russian leaders are a tad humiliated by this latest escalation of their kowtowing to Peking to such an obviously subservient level, no?
Are the Russian people really willing to accept Putin's policy of accepting vassal status under China while pretending that NATO is a threat rather than a potential ally against Chinese territorial claims against Russia?
RasPutin better beware.
