So I'm listening to the intelligence community open briefing to the Senate intelligence committee.
And one senator asks the briefers if they would be comfortable having Kaspersky anti-malware software on their computers.
Every one of them without hesitation said no, they would not be comfortable.
So ... I immediately uninstalled that software.
And now I wonder if it could have burrowed in too deep to be killed.
As an American, I don't assume a "foreign" name implies foreign status. My mistake on this, apparently.
