A Golden Bridge, Indeed

The Chinese and Taiwanese are now allowing regularly scheduled shipping to go from China to Taiwan. This includes ships that carry both passengers and cargo.

The New Golden Bridge II, carrying 630 passengers and (I assume) cargo was the first ship to make the trip.

So, 630 passengers and cargo?

Or, as the military would call it, a light infantry battalion and its equipment.

That might be a useful capability for the PLA to develop, eh?
