57? 50? 49? Whatever

Good grief, our State Department really could use an American Desk (tip to Instapundit and Hot Air). From a (United States) State Department press release:

In the first 100 Days of the Obama Administration, Secretary Clinton and the State Department have made significant progress in advancing America’s national security goals and promoting America’s values around the world.

Secretary Clinton is already the most traveled Secretary of State in a new Administration. The Secretary’s trips have included her inaugural trip to Asia, the Middle East and Europe, Mexico and across the border to Texas, the Hague in the Netherlands, Europe with President Obama, Haiti and the Dominican Republic, the Summit of the Americas in Trinidad and Tobago with President Obama, and to Iraq and Kuwait. [emphasis added]

Man, I know the Blue staters in charge of the country dislike Texas, but this is ridiculous.

Normally I'd say this is just a bone-headed, innocent error. But given our apologypalooza, I'm slightly worried that the administration will apologize to Mexico for 1848's unpleasantness and give Texas back to them. What's Spanish for "reset", anyway?

And then claim credit for getting rid of lots of illegal immigrants!

OK, I'm just kidding about that worry. I hope ...

Of course, she'd have to be the most-travelled Secretary of State in a new administration given all the hand-holding she's had to do in the wake of our president's travels.
