Breathe, People

I don't understand the hyperventilating over an Iranian frigate going to the Mediterranean:

Iran's first attempt in decades to send warships through the Suez Canal into the Mediterranean on Europe's — and NATO's — southern flank could further destabilize the Middle East, a region already reeling from an unprecedented wave of anti-government rebellions.

Israel or NATO should worry? Seriously?

Unless it is carrying a nuclear warhead and is ready to sail into or near a port and self detonate, what the heck is it going to do?

And I don't think the supply ship is really capable of carrying lethal cargo to Syria. That would be better sent by mechant ships or aircraft.

Really, if the Iranian frigate opens fire on anything, it will be sunk pretty quickly. As I've written, it will lead an exciting but short life.

It could escort a Hamas flotilla to challenge Israel's blockade of Gaza. But further destabilize the region? One ship?

Stop jumping at shadows, people.
