Why Would Iran Obstruct Fluff?

The horrible Iran deal allows Iran to decide what nuclear inspectors can't inspect? Why on Earth would the Iranians risk that deal by doing anything but facilitate harmless "inspections?"

From the "Well, Duh" files:

Iran is fulfilling its commitments under the nuclear deal with world powers and U.N. inspectors are facing no problems in their verification efforts, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director-general said on Monday.

The deal allows Iran to keep IAEA inspectors out (remember, we aren't inspecting--we subcontracted that out) of sites that Iran considers sites whose inspection would reduce or insult their sovereignty, essentially.

So any sites that the inspectors can go to are clean because anything Iran wants to do will be carried out at sites not subject to inspection.

So yeah, Iran is fulfilling its laughable commitments under the horrible Iran deal.
