Russian news reports say two people were killed and several others wounded in a bomb blast in Abkhazia during Wednesday's visit by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
I can only wonder who set them off inside Russian controlled territory.
Russia wants a final reckoning with Georgia. Don't be surprises if an incident like this in the future leads to Russian demands on Georgia to give Russians free access to Georgia to "investigate" the crime--or else.
All I'm saying is that if I was whatever the Russian rank equivalent to "archduke" is, I wouldn't go on any tours of South Ossetia or Abkhazia any time soon.
