That Secondary Threat Nips at Their Heels

India wants to pivot to China. Pakistan still views India as their primary enemy. That's a problem for India.

This is annoying for India:

Pakistan said on Thursday it was capable of responding "befittingly" to Indian border shelling, and warned against an escalation of the worst fighting between the nuclear-armed rivals in more than a decade.

Pakistan is upset that India is resisting Pakistan's efforts to push terrorists across the border into Indian territory.

Which is annoying to India when their real threat lies to the northeast.

I feel their pain since we have a Putin problem as we try to pivot to China, too.
