Axis of Mischief?

Apparently, our diplomats spoke of Hugo Chavez's Venezuela as a member of the Axis of Mischief:

Cuban intelligence services directly advise Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in what a U.S. diplomat called the "Axis of Mischief," according to a State Department cable released by the WikiLeaks website.

I long liked my own label: the Axis of El Vil. But I fear that Hugo aspires to make the leap to Axis of Evil status.
