France's Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron on Thursday urged Britain to remain in the European Union, saying it was "in its interests" to protect its trade position within the bloc.
Ah, the French are convinced that it is best for Britain to remain in the EU.
Well, that pretty much settles the question, eh? Would France lead Britain astray?
I say Britain should get out of the smothering continental embrace while they can. Do the British really think this particular continental empire that wants to absorb Britain will be better than any of the rest?
The British should save themselves and save America, too.
This could yet be Britain's finest hour.
