Hush, Hush. Voices Carry

Since when is it a reporter's job to advertise a politically motivated campaign to halt coverage of a political figure?

When? When a reporter for a mainstream media outlet does it. Reporters and their editors decide what to cover--and what not to cover. What they publish becomes "the news." Usually this goes on behind the scenes in the newsroom or in a Journolist-like gathering. So it is nice to at least see it done openly. But is this really journalism?

Fascinating.
