Now Castro says that while he was quoted correctly, he meant the exact opposite:
The 84-year-old ex-president said he was not misquoted but meant "the opposite" of what he was reported as having said by The Atlantic magazine reporter Jeffrey Goldberg.
Huh. So reality was the opposite of his intent? Or he's so used to lying that it just popped out? Either pretty much sums up communism in practice.
Oh well, now we're back to the usual situation of communists being the only ones not to realize that communism doesn't work. College faculty lounges can get back to normal, too.
