What is Iran Up to Now?

Jihadis are setting up in Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon; and Syria, a pawn of Iran, knocked off another anti-Syrian politician.

Hamas, a friend of Iran, routs the Fatah forces in Gaza.

Jihadis, who are supported by Syria and Iran, bomb the Samarra mosque again, and Iran's hand puppet Sadr tries to blame America.

Iran is shipping weapons to the Taliban in Afghanistan.

The South American Leftist regimes have pledged an alliance with Iran.

Are these related? Is Iran planning something more serious or trying to create enough action in different places to distract us while they do something?

UPDATE: The Weekly Standard has noticed the pattern of attacks:

Iran and Syria share an interest in confronting the U.S. presence in the region before Washington's freedom policy gives their populations potentially regime-threatening ideas. In addition to their mutual animosity toward the United States, they are allies in the Sunni-Shia cold war dividing the region. As two non-Sunni regimes (Syria is ruled by an Alawite elite, Iran by Shiite clerics), they seek to minimize the regional role of Sunni powers like Saudi Arabia and to assert their own dominance. For Syria and Iran, this is do or die.

The questions remain, what will the enemy do? And will we have the nerve to make sure they die?

Remember, the expression is "do and die." They will "do." We must make sure they die.
