Jihadists belonging to the so-called Islamic State group may have manufactured sulphur mustard gas used in attacks in Syria and Iraq themselves, the head of a global watchdog told AFP Friday.

Really, this is hardly a new revelation considering that ISIL has a lot of Saddam's boys working with them.
But with the ISIL proto-state making chemical weapons and Syria's Assad still using chemical weapons despite a deal that "disarmed" him, it is pure fabrication to have believed Saddam was a WMD threat before we invaded in 2003.
