If you didn't see this coming, you weren't paying attention:
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has poured cold water on the looming Paris climate talks, telling the FT that there is “definitively not going to be a treaty.”
That's okay. Why should it be a treaty? After all, whatever agreement comes out of Paris won't be effective even if you assume all that the global warmers claim:
Even if every nation in the world adheres to its climate change commitments by 2030 the only difference it will make to “global warming” by the end of this century will be to reduce the world’s temperatures by 0.048°C (0.086°F).
Or are the nations gathering in Paris expected to agree to achieve the latest 5-year plan in just 4 years, or something more ambitious than they've claimed they will achieve?
Ah! Science! I just don't think that word means what they think it means.
