Kerry Stuck in Futile Negotiations

You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Geneva:

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his team open two days of meetings with their Russian counterparts on Thursday, hoping to emerge with the outlines of a plan for the complex task of safely securing and destroying vast stockpiles of Syrian chemical weapons in the midst of a brutal and unpredictable conflict.

If it was just Kerry looking like an idiot, this might be fun. But he represents America and people are thinking America looks like an idiot. A Botoxed expressionless idiot, but an idiot nonetheless.
