About That Secret Clearance

The issue of bad people having a "secret" clearance is in the news. I'd just like to remind you that a "secret" clearance is pretty low level. In the 1980s, anyway, it just meant you don't have a criminal background. I had one of those just to operate Army signal equipment. So I wouldn't leap to blame the process here.
