Carrying out regime change against an Arab ruler of an oil-exporting state; keeping Guantanamo Bay open; spying on Americans; unleashing the IRS on political opponents; drone strikes around the globe; attempting to oust a Baathist dictator; still fighting in Afghanistan; angering Europeans; deploying our military to confront China; building missile defenses; threatening Iran if they pursue nuclear weapons; issuing signing statements; ignoring Congress; and bullying the Supreme Court, to name some offenses.
It's like the third and fourth terms of George W. Bush in your worst nightmares, eh?
