Do As I Say and Not As I Do

An inconvenient truth (Tip to Instapundit). Al says the future is green. His sale of Current TV says it is fossil fuels.

He can live with the hypocrisy charges, of course:

With an estimated $100 million gross profit from the sale of his Current TV to pan-Arab broadcaster Al-Jazeera, Gore is now worth more than $300 million, according to an estimate from Forbes.com.

That puts his net worth well ahead of that of former presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who has an estimated fortune of $230 million and was often mocked for being out of touch with ordinary Americans during the election.

Leftists like to mock fundamentalist Christians who follow television preachers who are then caught sinning (and enjoying it). But at least those Christians stop listening to the preacher who does not live up to their words.

The Green Prophet's carbon footprint will never be too large for our left's faith in Al.

I'm warning you, people, interpretive dance is building.
