Actually, as the article notes, Kim Jong Un "won" the readers' poll. Which if you looked closely (which I did not, I confess), had the top vote getters spell out with their first initials "KJU GAS CHAMBERS".
The Un really is a Cartman-like doofus. A murderous doofus, to be sure. But a doofus.
But excuse him, he's the Kim designated as the one to be strung up by his heels on a darkened lamp pole in Pyongyang when the whole rotten system collapses.
