Restoring Our Reputation Abroad

Senator John Kerry will likely be our next Secretary of State in 2013 (God help us all). He's known his job description since 2004:

I do what I need to do to convince Americans that I have a better plan to strengthen our country here at home and to restore our reputation in the world.

Heck, now he just has to focus on the latter half. How easy will that be for him?

And, just as in 2004, he can blame the problem on the previous administration's efforts that screwed up our foreign policy.
