Truly we have come far when a law professor isn't judged by the shade of her beige skin but by the content of her curriculum vitae.

It's pretty scary that the school thought Elizabeth Warren broke the color barrier. If they thought that battle was important to win, you think they might have actually tried to fight that battle.
