Shell Country

Launching subs and a long-range ballistic missile aren't enough for Kim Jong Un.

Now he wants to detonate another nuclear device:

South Korea's Yonhap news agency quoted an unidentified intelligence source as saying North Korea was "clandestinely preparing a nuclear test" at the same location as the first two.

What the heck.

But I want to ask one question: Is North Korea going to detonate their third nuclear device or is this Iran's first?

But that's me. My biggest worry about attacking Iran's nuclear assets isn't that we can't destroy what we hit, but that we can't destroy everything Iran has by only hitting targets in Iran.
