Will EPA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) fight it out to see which gets to be the Department of Fixing Everything?
I suggest we call it the Department of Perfecting Everything. One day, we can probably get the government down to just two major entities, the Department of Defense (DOD) and DOPE.
We can't hope to understand the totality of our problems yet alone pretend to have solutions that don't cause more problems than they solve. Yet that doesn't stop people from trying to spend money on grand solutions to everything. (Again, tip to Instapundit.)
