No Talking. Just Dying

President Obama has been better than I feared on North Korea. I thought that the pressure to make a bad deal just to have the Holy Grail of a "deal" would be too much to resist. I feared we'd rescue North Korea with aid for promises that would not be kept. But we seem fine with not talking:

The United States says it is not interested in negotiations with North Korea "for the sake of simply talking," stressing the country must stop all nuclear activity.

I'm fine with talking as long as we are willing to just watch them die.

Remember, it's a mercy killing at this point. Kudos to the administration for not interrupting the circular firing squad that Pyongyang has set up.
