A Crime No More!

Once it was horrible to suggest that unlawful combatants could be held as long as the war rages--even though we can't say when our jihadi enemies will stop trying to kill us.

Well! Times change, it seems:

The accused mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, may remain behind bars without trial indefinitely because of disagreement over his trial location, according to the Washington Post. ...

Obama administration officials said Mohammed and four alleged co-conspirators can be held under laws of war, until a trial location is agreed on, the newspaper reported.

If a trial location can be agreed on, of course. In that vague fullness of time sense of the timing.

That which was once immoral when believed by people such as myself is now perfectly acceptable and allowed by the laws of war, according to our morally superior overlords who changed their mind about the whole thing!
