London Bombing

Two unrelated thoughts about the London bombing after listening to the news on the way home and at home.

  1. About 1,500 London police were in Scotland to watch over the bongo-playing puppet-masters of the anti-globalization movement. Posing as genuine revolutionaries, these pampered Westerners do have some dangerous types so we can't risk ignoring them. Was London thinner on the ground because of this ongoing tantrum against reality?
  2. Two bombs were discovered undetonated in London. Was the bus bomb really an attempt to get people fleeing the tube? Or was this a bomber who got cold feet, or a change of heart, or had what he thought was a defective bomb, and was trying to go home? Sheer speculation but it will be interesting to see if the undetonated bombs were on the tube as well. If so, the bus bomb is an oddity that must be explained.

The war goes on. We must kill our enemies until they stop coming at us.

UPDATE: Investigators in London apparently have some reason to think that the bus bomb may have been intended for another target.
