Fidel Castro marked his 89th birthday Thursday by insisting the United States owes Cuba "many millions of dollars" because of the half-century-old American trade embargo.
Although I can see Castro's younger aides, spewing coffee as they ponder that rounding error in our budget, trying to gently correct him:
Yeah, this has happened before.
Let's hope Iran doesn't try this ploy, too.
