A Foundation For a Deal

Did you think I was kidding when I said that the outline of a deal with Iran over their nuclear ambitions has long been clear?

Iran is violating existing agreements but we don't want to mention it. If Iran isn't lying about it, it is only because we are doing it for them:

The U.N.’s International Atomic Energy Agency discovered the action and lodged a protest, and the Iranians backed off. Secretary Kerry and his minions, by contrast, doggedly maintain that Tehran hasn’t violated the interim accord, while it’s pretty clear that it did. This is to be expected. The requisite sanctity and momentum of the process encourage good men to fib.

I was not kidding. Although we are starting small before working up to the big lie.

Have no doubt, John Kerry will get a Nobel Peace Prize for getting Iran's rulers to sign an agreement in which they pretend to have no nuclear weapons ambitions.

And we will pretend to believe them.

I was not happy when Kerry and Hagel were elevated to our national security stewards. Obviously, the Obama administration would fire the wrong one first.

Have a super sparkly day.
