Triage

The Left, led by what I am sure are the usual ANSWER suspects, is moving on to protest a war on Iran (tip to Instapundit):

How to tell the Surge is working, Part XIV: The Left is changing the subject. Bloggers and columnists on the left are preparing for a war in Iran. They even set up a protest site: Stop War On Iran — a very real protest of an imaginary war.

To be fair, they've been protesting this imminent war for years. And standing up for the Pillsbury Nuke Boy, too (ANSWER at least doesn't think our war machine is over-extended!).

So don't assume that these guys have given up protesting about Iraq. But if they really are performing triage on the Axis of Evil and writing off the Baathists and assorted scumbag terrorists in Iraq as unsavable, this really is a sign of pending victory.
